Hello, my name is Aimie!

 

Aimie Epoch grew up in the Greater Seattle Area and graduated from Western Washington University with a B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Biology in early 2018. Aimie is an Intuitive Eating Counselor, trained & certified by the Original Intuitive Eating Pros. To learn more about the principles of Intuitive Eating, click here.


Aimie is also a Wellness & Health Coach and is trained in the Wellness Mapping 360 © model. This model is based on behavioral change psychology, human motivation, and solution-oriented therapy. Growing up, Aimie spent many years at the local ice rink and got her USFSA Double Gold Medals in 2010. During her teenage and adolescent years, Aimie struggled with an eating disorders and is now interested in preventing eating disorders and mental illness in aesthetic related sports such as figure skating, gymnastics, and dance. When not working, reading, or spending quality time with her cat, Aimie likes to watch crime documentaries and spend time with friends & family.
