Aimie uses Wellness & Health Coaching and the principles of Intuitive Eating© to help coaches and athletes identify their barriers to change, build self-efficacy skills, and develop healthy relationships with food by learning how to nourish and accept their now body.
Aimie Epoch graduated from Western Washington University with a B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Biology in early 2018. Aimie will be graduating with her Masters in Sports Psychology in August of 2021.
Aimie is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, trained & certified by the Original Intuitive Eating Pros. To learn more about the principles of Intuitive Eating, click here. She is also a Wellness & Health Coach and is trained in the Wellness Mapping 360 © model. This model is based on behavioral change psychology, human motivation, and solution-oriented therapy. Growing up, Aimie spent many years at the local ice rink and got her USFSA Double Gold Medals in 2010. Aimie is now interested in preventing eating disorders and mental illness in aesthetic sports. When not working or reading up on the latest research in the field, Aimie likes to watch crime documentaries and spend time with friends & family.
